Women’s Christmas 2020
An Epiphany Celebration for Wise Women
Women’s Christmas (Nollaig na mBan) is a cherished Irish tradition celebrated on the Feast of the Epiphany. When all the preparations, cooking and busyness of Christmas are over, Irish women gather in homes or pubs to relax, celebrate, and enjoy one another’s company – all while happily leaving the care of household duties to the men. At Marywood we believe this tradition has a place in the lives of today’s women as well. Thus we are celebrating the Feast of the Epiphany and the tradition of Women’s Little Christmas in special gatherings designed for women. Come celebrate the blessings of the past year and receive blessings for the year to come. Choose one of the three dates above and register by December 17. Advance reservations required.
