Women’s Christmas

An Epiphany Celebration for Wise Women

Women’s Christmas (Nollaig na mBan) is a cherished Irish tradition celebrated on the Feast of Epiphany. When all the preparations, cooking and busyness of Christmas are over, Irish women gather in homes or pubs to relax, celebrate, and enjoy one another’s company.

At Marywood we believe this tradition has a place in the lives of today’s women as well. And so, we are celebrating the Feast of the Epiphany and the tradition of Women’s Christmas in special gatherings designed for women. Due to a waiting list, we are repeating last year’s version (No.1) and have added a second version to accommodate the interest of all.

Come celebrate the blessings of the past year and receive blessings for the years to come. You may choose
either No. 1 or No. 2 gathering, though we suggest first-time attendees may want to come to version No.1.
